Manufacturing Operator

About the role

WGNSTAR is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to support customers throughout the semiconductor manufacturing process. The role focuses on strict adherence to standard operating procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and cleanroom compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Handle, transport, and record critical materials within the factory.
• Maintain cleanroom standards and company protocols, including gowning and PPE usage.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are consistently met.
• Perform quality checks in line with process specifications.
• Utilise MS Office and the in‑house computer system for documentation and reporting.

Required profile

• Strong team player with excellent organisational and time‑keeping abilities.
• Adaptable to varied tasks and eager for new challenges and career development.
• Ability to work in a controlled cleanroom environment with 100% compliance to safety regulations.
• Physical stamina to stand, stoop, walk and reach throughout a 12‑hour shift.
