Manufacturing Technician – Cleanroom Operations

About the role

As a Manufacturing Technician at WGNSTAR you will support customers throughout the semiconductor manufacturing process. The role focuses on following facility standard operating procedures while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards in a cleanroom environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle, transport, and record critical materials within the factory.
• Maintain cleanroom protocols and ensure the facility remains compliant.
• Perform quality checks in line with process specifications.
• Use MS Office and the company’s in‑house computer system for documentation and reporting.
• Adhere to all safety and protocol regulations at 100% compliance.

Required profile

• Enjoy technical problem‑solving (DIY projects, vehicle or bike maintenance).
• Strong team player with excellent organisational and time‑keeping skills.
• Ability to adapt to different tasks and seek new challenges.
• Committed to personal and career development.

Required skills

• Ability to work in a controlled cleanroom environment while wearing a gown and appropriate PPE.
• Physical stamina to stand, stoop, walk and reach for the duration of an 8‑hour shift.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
