About the role
We are seeking an Office Coordinator to be the hub of our Cork office, ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and well‑organised workplace for employees and visitors. The role combines reception duties, facilities coordination, and general office support in a fast‑paced professional services environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage reception and visitor experience as the first point of contact.
- Coordinate meeting rooms, catering, and office events.
- Support facilities and day‑to‑day office operations.
- Handle post, couriers, and office logistics.
- Assist with onboarding and staff coordination.
- Maintain stock, office supplies, and general administration.
- Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure seamless operations.
Required profile
- Previous experience in reception, office coordination, facilities, or workplace support within a fast‑paced professional environment.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional, approachable communication style.
- Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with high attention to detail.
- Ability to build positive relationships across teams.
