About the role
The Registry Assistant provides professional administrative support to Dublin City University’s Registry, primarily based on the Glasnevin campus and working across multiple campuses throughout the academic year. This six‑month fixed‑term position assists in coordinating and delivering core Registry activities that span the student lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive administrative services to students, staff and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the coordination and delivery of core Registry processes across campuses.
- Support operations linked to various elements of the student lifecycle, including registrations, records and graduations.
- Provide timely and accurate information to enquiries and ensure compliance with university policies.
- Collaborate with Registry teams to maintain service quality and efficiency.
Required profile
- Suitable academic qualifications and relevant experience for a Professional 2 (P2) level role.
- Ability to work flexibly across campuses during the academic year.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Commitment to delivering high‑quality administrative support in a university environment.
