Packaging Technician – Customer Site (Tipperary)

About the role

Catalyx is looking for a Packaging Technician to work on a customer site in Tipperary. You will join a team that supports regulated manufacturing environments, ensuring products are packaged safely and efficiently while complying with strict quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine packaging assignments and identify any deviations from standard practices.
• Collaborate with other packaging technicians under the guidance of a Team Leader or Packaging Supervisor.
• Set up, operate, and maintain packaging line equipment.
• Follow written Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Master Batch Records and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).
• Adhere to all safety procedures and deliver on agreed KPIs and metrics.
• Carry out additional duties as requested.

Required profile

• GMP experience, a Level 6 qualification, or prior packaging experience.
• Familiarity with SOPs and Master Batch Records.
• Strong written and spoken communication with good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with moderate supervision and strong attention to detail.
• Can‑do attitude toward customer delivery and performance.
