Pharmacy Healthcare Advisor (Part‑time, Henry Street)

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Pharmacy Healthcare Advisor to join Hickey’s Pharmacy on Henry Street. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing advice, support and excellent service in a community pharmacy environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships.
• Promote and sell over‑the‑counter products, linking sales to health needs and in‑store promotions.
• Maintain optimal stock levels and ensure merchandising standards are met.
• Handle cash management duties accurately and securely.
• Support the pharmacy team in daily operations and contribute to a positive workplace.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑engagement skills with a genuine interest in helping people.
• Previous experience in OTC sales or retail pharmacy customer service.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and ability to work well within a team.
• Interest in health‑care products, especially skin‑care, is an advantage.

Required skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Basic cash handling and stock‑control competence.
