PR & Communications Executive

About the role

Ryanair is seeking a proactive PR & Communications Executive to join its Communications Team in Dublin. You will support the delivery of the airline’s communication strategy across Europe, helping to generate media coverage for new routes, policy initiatives and other key business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Implement Ryanair’s communication strategy across the 36 countries where it operates.
• Manage press queries, draft media statements and prepare press releases, presentations and other materials.
• Coordinate media and stakeholder events, and pitch interview opportunities for senior management.
• Produce strategic briefing documents and collaborate with internal departments to gather information.
• Monitor media coverage and conduct analysis to inform future communications.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in public relations, communications, journalism or a related field (in‑house or agency).
• Highly organised, able to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment and manage multiple projects.
• Exceptional writing, editing and verbal communication skills with impeccable attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
• Interest in the aviation sector is a plus.
