About the role
We are looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team in Dublin. The role focuses on supporting sourcing, tendering and contract management activities within a public sector environment, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and delivering value for money.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end tendering processes, from preparation of documentation to evaluation and award.
- Support sourcing activities and develop procurement strategies aligned with public sector requirements.
- Oversee contract administration, monitoring performance and ensuring compliance with EU procurement directives where applicable.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand needs and provide procurement advice.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in public procurement.
- Public Procurement Qualification (essential).
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of EU procurement directives is desirable.
