Quality Control Inspector

About the role

Camera Inspection Services Ltd is seeking a Quality Control Inspector for short‑term projects across Dublin, Cork, Sligo and Laois. You will conduct asset and property inspections using advanced non‑destructive testing (NDT) techniques and provide clear, actionable reports to clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Perform on‑site inspections of buildings, assets and systems using thermal imaging, moisture testing and UAV aerial surveys.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports, including defect identification and compliance verification.
• Collaborate with engineers, clients and internal teams to deliver recommendations and ensure quality standards are met.
• Travel to various project locations as required, maintaining safety and documentation standards.

Required profile

• Proficiency in quality control and quality assurance processes.
• Experience in inspection or quality management within a related field.
• Strong communication skills for documenting findings and interacting with clients.
• Ability to operate NDT equipment such as thermal imaging devices and UAVs.
• Attention to detail, problem‑solving ability and knowledge of safety regulations (advantageous).
• Relevant NDT or quality‑related certifications preferred.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel.
