Quality Technician – Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Technician to join our manufacturing team in Dublin. The role will act as the internal interface for product process and quality, ensuring that mechanical components and assemblies meet all required standards.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure manufacturing activities comply with the company QMS and ISO 9001/AS9100 requirements.
• Drive process efficiency and provide feedback on quality issues.
• Create and manage Non‑Conformance Reports and chair NC reviews (MRB/NRB).
• Develop and update inspection and handling procedures.
• Perform hardware inspections, dimensional checks and generate quality inspection reports.
• Assist with calibration system operation and maintenance.
• Support customer visits, quality audits and generate metrics to identify quality trends.
• Conduct internal audits and act as the point of contact for supplier quality issues.

Required profile

• Knowledge and experience with ISO 9001/AS9100 quality management systems.
• Formal education desirable but not essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities.
• Ability to perform in‑process inspections in a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of GD&T and ability to read engineering drawings.
• Experience with CMM and auditing is advantageous.
