Reception Team Member

About the role

As a Reception Team Member you will be the first point of contact for guests staying at Staycity aparthotels. You will help create a welcoming atmosphere, assist with check‑ins and check‑outs, and ensure guests enjoy a smooth, comfortable stay.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, manage arrivals and departures, and handle reservations.
• Provide information about the property, local area, and services.
• Process payments, issue invoices, and manage cash handling procedures.
• Maintain accurate records using the Opera property management system.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to exceed expectations.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready and issues are resolved.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a strong focus on customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
