Accommodation Assistant

About the role

Join Dalata Hotel Group as an Accommodation Assistant and become part of a friendly, supportive team. You will receive training through the Dalata Academy and work alongside experienced colleagues to deliver the high cleaning standards expected across all Dalata properties.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned to Dalata’s quality standards.
• Identify and report any maintenance or repair issues.
• Assist other hotel departments when needed, providing flexible support.

Required profile

• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Friendly and approachable with guests.
• Strong attention to detail.
