About the role
We are looking for a friendly and organised Receptionist to be the first point of contact for employees, visitors and vendors in our Dublin office. You will help create a welcoming and seamless front‑of‑house experience in a fast‑paced, international environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and direct employees, visitors and vendors, ensuring a professional front‑of‑house experience.
- Manage reception operations such as visitor sign‑ins, deliveries, access requests and general office coordination.
- Support the day‑to‑day running of the workplace, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and order.
- Assist with internal events, meeting set‑ups and workplace logistics.
- Collaborate closely with the Workplace Manager to enhance the overall employee experience.
Required profile
- Previous experience in front‑of‑house, hospitality, office support or customer service.
- Friendly, proactive and highly organised with strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
- Team‑player who enjoys contributing to a positive workplace atmosphere.
