About the role
Join Access Healthcare as a Recruiter and take ownership of your own candidate pipeline. You will match qualified healthcare professionals to critical roles across Ireland, directly influencing patient care while working in a high‑energy, fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from sourcing to placement.
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics and other healthcare providers.
- Match the right professionals to the right positions, ensuring quality talent delivery.
- Track performance metrics and continuously improve recruitment outcomes.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in a fast‑paced or target‑driven role (any industry).
- Strong ambition, drive for success and ability to thrive under pressure.
- Proven track record of exceeding KPIs and delivering results.
