Talent Acquisition Associate

About the role

Dojo is looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to support the Payments Consultant recruitment function. You will work closely with the Commercial team to attract top sales talent in a high‑volume environment, using video interviews, sourcing, shortlisting and administrative support while driving process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Shortlist a high volume of applications and conduct video interviews.
• Partner with the Commercial team to provide a consultative recruitment approach.
• Recommend innovative sourcing methods and support candidate‑generation projects.
• Maintain accurate candidate databases and spreadsheets.
• Liaise with the recruitment team to prioritize work and manage expectations.
• Perform ad‑hoc administrative tasks related to the recruitment process.

Required profile

• Innovative and creative mindset.
• Experience recruiting sales professionals (self‑employed experience preferred but not essential).
• Minimum one year of recruitment experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized and self‑motivated to engage with a high volume of candidates.
• Ability to thrive in a target‑driven environment with a "can‑do" attitude.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
