Regional Supply Planner

About the role

The Regional Supply Planner is responsible for ensuring the right products are available in the right regional warehouses at the right time. You will own the end‑to‑end supply plan, translate demand forecasts and factory output into actionable plans, and drive inventory health across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Build, manage and continuously adjust the regional supply plan in SAP IBP (DRP).
• Position stock across regional warehouses to meet service‑level targets while optimizing working capital.
• Define and maintain safety‑stock levels, manage inventory health for existing and new SKUs.
• Own the full purchase‑order lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and alignment with supply plans.
• Identify supply risks (gaps, capacity constraints, logistics delays) and implement mitigation actions.
• Lead weekly stock‑at‑risk analysis and drive actions to reduce excess, obsolescence and service risk.
• Act as the central point of contact for supply, aligning Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Sales, Customer Service, Logistics and Finance.
• Provide transparent, early communication on product availability, risks and recovery plans.
