Logistics Operations Manager – Technology & Data Centre

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Operations Manager to oversee day‑to‑day activities across warehouse and data‑centre environments for a globally recognised technology company. The role blends logistics coordination with technical site operations, requiring close collaboration with on‑site teams, third‑party logistics providers and cross‑functional stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate operational activities across multiple warehouse and data‑centre sites.
• Manage operational metrics, KPIs and lead weekly business reviews.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with 3PL management and internal stakeholders.
• Drive follow‑up and accountability across teams to ensure service level adherence.
• Support operational improvement initiatives and lead smaller site‑based projects.
• Facilitate clear communication within a highly matrixed environment.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in logistics or operational environments.
• Proven ability to work with operational KPIs, SLAs and performance reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities.
• Experience supervising operational or frontline teams.
• Ability to travel regularly across Dublin locations; access to a car is advantageous.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel reporting skills.

What we offer

• €86,000 annual salary.
• Fixed‑term contract until February 2027.
• Hybrid working model with regular onsite presence in Dublin (Dublin 4, Clondalkin, Rathcoole).
