Reservations Agent – Hotel Guest Services

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Reservations Agent to join the reservations team at The Kingsley. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling bookings, enquiries and upselling opportunities while ensuring a four‑star experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer guest enquiries warmly and efficiently, creating accurate reservations and sending confirmations.
• Upsell hotel facilities and other properties to maximise revenue.
• Maintain accurate room inventory and support yield‑management strategies to achieve optimal occupancy and rates.
• Record special occasions, VIP details, billing instructions and credit approvals on bookings.
• Conduct pre‑arrival courtesy calls and manage group rooming lists.
• Monitor guest feedback, email reviews and Revinate upselling requests, passing relevant information to departments.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a hotel reservations or similar front‑office environment.
• Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast‑paced setting and adapt to changing demands.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with a proactive, team‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Familiarity with the Revinate platform for guest feedback and upselling.
