Retail Stock Assistant

About the role

Join Aldi’s fast‑paced store team in Swords as a Stock Assistant. You’ll be at the heart of daily operations, ensuring shelves are well‑stocked, customers receive friendly service, and the store runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service on the shop floor.
• Stock shelves quickly, arrange products attractively, and maintain product availability.
• Check deliveries for quality, remove items that do not meet Aldi standards, and manage stock rotation.

Required profile

• Approachable and ready to support both customers and teammates.
• Comfortable working at a fast pace to keep shelves replenished.
• Reliable, flexible, and able to adopt a can‑do attitude in a dynamic environment.
• Retail experience is a plus but not essential – attitude matters most.
