Retail Supervisor – Cork Store

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Retail Supervisor to lead our Cork store team. In this role you will drive sales performance, ensure exceptional customer service, and uphold the brand standards of Frasers.

Key responsibilities

• Maximise turnover and exceed sales targets.
• Motivate and manage the team to achieve and surpass KPIs.
• Maintain a strong shop‑floor presence, leading by example.
• Oversee merchandising and seasonal stock presentation according to head‑office guidelines.
• Monitor market trends, local competition and upcoming promotions.
• Ensure the team has the tools and knowledge to meet business objectives.
• Carry out additional duties within defined responsibility levels.

Required profile

• Previous retail experience, preferably in the premium sector.
• Strong people‑management and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills.
• Analytical capability to interpret financial and sales data.
• High brand awareness and product knowledge.
• Energetic, confident, positive and fashion‑conscious.

• Base salary €38,000 per annum.
