About the role
The Sales Assistant role focuses on delivering an outstanding customer experience in a fast‑paced retail environment. You will engage with shoppers, share product knowledge, and ensure every visit is positive and memorable.
Key responsibilities
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to all customers, prioritising their needs.
- Handle customer queries efficiently and in line with store policy.
- Maintain store presentation by merchandising shelves to the highest standards.
- Embrace new initiatives and adapt to evolving ways of working.
- Uphold Centra’s brand values – Proud, Energetic, Imaginative, Community‑Based.
Required profile
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organised and flexible.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a busy setting.
- Customer‑driven attitude with a passion for service.
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
