About the role

LinkedIn is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join its Nordics team. You will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, helping them discover how LinkedIn’s products can accelerate their growth. The role combines hands‑on prospecting with intensive training through LinkedIn’s Sales Academy, setting the foundation for a long‑term career in sales.

Key responsibilities

  • Qualify and develop inbound and outbound leads through effective communication and discovery.
  • Represent LinkedIn as the initial contact for potential clients, building a positive first impression.
  • Participate in LinkedIn’s Sales Academy to sharpen sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to align on opportunities and drive joint success.
  • Plan and prioritize accounts using LinkedIn’s platforms and insights.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements.
  • Engage in regular 1‑to‑1 coaching sessions to accelerate personal development.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team targets.

Required profile
