About the role
LinkedIn is seeking a Senior Account Director for its Sales Solutions team, based in Dublin. You will champion LinkedIn Sales Navigator, helping customers in the Iberia and Italy markets grow their sales pipelines and achieve measurable ROI.
Key responsibilities
- Learn and articulate LinkedIn’s platform, products and associated tools such as Salesforce (SFDC).
- Deliver the Sales Solutions value proposition and elevator pitch to key decision‑makers.
- Conduct discovery calls, secure meetings and generate revenue‑producing opportunities.
- Demonstrate the ROI of Sales Navigator and expand usage across users, departments or subsidiaries.
- Build and maintain a transparent pipeline with reliable forecasts.
- Develop and execute strategic annual plans for your book of business.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional partners including CSMs, Onboarding, Marketing and Product Development.
Required profile
- Fluency in English, Spanish and Italian.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant sales experience.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC) or similar CRM tools.
