Senior Account Manager

About the role

DoiT is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join its EMEA Account Management team. Working remotely from Spain, the Netherlands, Ireland or Estonia, you will act as the trusted liaison between our customers and leading cloud vendors, helping clients maximise the value of their multicloud investments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep knowledge of DoiT’s cloud management platform, services and how they address client needs.
• Own the relationship with assigned customers, coordinating with cloud vendor teams to uncover growth opportunities.
• Manage support escalations, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate and close long‑term commitments, balancing customer, vendor and company interests.
• Identify new workload and SaaS opportunities within customers’ cloud environments.
• Provide regular quarterly business reviews, tracking project timelines, spend forecasts and feedback.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to engineering to influence product road‑maps.
• Collaborate with cloud vendor sales representatives on mutual customers and cost‑optimization initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of account management experience serving the EMEA market.
• 3+ years in a technology‑focused role, preferably with cloud services.
• Proven ability to retain and grow existing customer bases.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders.
