Senior Architect – Hybrid – Dublin

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Architect to join a leading Irish architectural practice on a hybrid basis. The role involves leading projects from concept through to completion within a fully BIM‑integrated environment, delivering high‑quality, compliant design solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from inception to handover, ensuring design excellence and compliance with Irish building regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers and consultants to manage project delivery and resolve technical issues.
• Develop and maintain BIM models, integrating design and construction information.
• Produce detailed construction documentation using Revit.
• Manage project schedules, budgets and client communications.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture and membership (or eligibility) with the Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland (RIAI).
• Minimum 7 years of architectural experience, preferably across commercial, residential, hospitality or mission‑critical sectors.
• Strong organisational abilities and proven track record of meeting project deadlines.
• Excellent understanding of Irish building codes and construction methods.
• Self‑driven attitude with a collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Experience working in a BIM‑integrated workflow.
