Senior Customer Success Coach (Director/VP level) – Remote

About the role

Mento is looking for senior customer‑success leaders to join its coaching team as Customer Success Coaches. The position is fully remote and targets directors or VPs with extensive experience in technology‑focused customer success or experience functions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 coaching to Mento members through virtual sessions using the Mento platform and tools.
• Participate in ongoing ICF‑certified training to continuously improve coaching abilities.
• Communicate with members via email or chat in the Mento app between sessions.
• Share coaching tools and insights within the Mento coaching community to enhance overall practice.
• Act as an ambassador of the Mento community, demonstrating kindness, respect, and empathy.

Required profile

• Director, Vice President, or equivalent leader with 20+ years managing customer success/experience teams in or adjacent to the technology industry.
• Experience coaching individuals (coaching certification is a plus but not required).
• Passionate about helping people advance in their careers and build fulfilling lives.
• High emotional intelligence, self‑awareness, and ability to create a safe space for vulnerability.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑changing startup environment.
• Available to dedicate at least 12 hours per month to coaching for the next 24 months.
