About the role

We are seeking a Senior Total Rewards Partner to shape and advance a global rewards strategy that drives business growth, talent attraction, and employee engagement across international markets. Operating in a remote‑first environment, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, champion pay equity, and help evolve modern Total Rewards frameworks.

Key responsibilities

  • Partner with executive leaders, business stakeholders, and People teams to design and evolve global Total Rewards strategies aligned with long‑term goals.
  • Develop and communicate comprehensive compensation and rewards frameworks that ensure consistency, competitiveness, and scalability across diverse markets.
  • Provide expert guidance on compensation philosophy, pay equity, job architecture, market positioning, and geographic compensation strategies.
  • Integrate Total Rewards principles into broader talent initiatives and workforce planning programs.
  • Serve as a subject‑matter expert on cross‑functional projects involving finance, legal, operations, and leadership.
  • Lead education and enablement initiatives to strengthen organizational understanding of compensation programs.
  • Identify emerging trends, regulatory developments, and risks, implementing proactive solutions.
  • Leverage AI‑driven tools and advanced analytics to enhance compensation modeling and decision‑making.
  • Represent the Total Rewards function in leadership discussions and strategic forums.
  • Mentor People team members to build rewards expertise across the organization.

Required profile

  • Extensive experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, or related People functions within global organizations.
  • Proven track record advising senior executives and influencing stakeholders on complex compensation matters.
  • Deep expertise in compensation strategy, pay equity, job architecture, rewards frameworks, and geographically distributed workforce models.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
