Senior Customer Success Consultant (Enterprise SaaS)

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing technology company to add a Senior Customer Success Consultant to its high‑performing Customer Success team. In this strategic, client‑facing position you will help enterprise customers unlock the full value of the SaaS platform after implementation, guiding them through adoption, workflow optimisation and long‑term growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise customers to optimise platform usage and improve operational workflows.
• Lead regular strategic working sessions to introduce new features and capabilities.
• Advise clients on best practices and long‑term platform strategy.
• Manage project delivery within agreed consulting and service allocations.
• Build strong relationships across multi‑layered stakeholder groups.
• Support customer retention and identify opportunities for account growth and expansion.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal product, support and delivery teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, SaaS consulting, professional services or a similar client‑facing role.
• Proven track record working with enterprise‑level customers.
• Strong problem‑solving ability to analyse workflows and recommend improvements.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and time‑management skills.
• Experience managing multiple client projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Exposure to enterprise operations, risk, compliance or workflow‑driven environments is a plus.
