Full Stack Developer - AI Trainer

About the role

DataAnnotation is looking for a Full Stack Developer to join its AI Trainer team. The role is fully remote and allows you to set your own schedule while working on cutting‑edge AI models that generate and evaluate code.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement diverse coding problems, with a focus on Android development, to train AI systems.
• Write clear, high‑quality code snippets and detailed explanations for each problem.
• Assess AI‑generated code for correctness, performance, and readability, providing constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with the platform to create data visualisations and analyses that improve model training.

Required profile

• Fluent English (native or bilingual level).
• Completed or ongoing bachelor’s degree.
• Previous experience as a software developer, coder, or engineer is preferred.

Required skills

• Kotlin (preferred) and Android development.
• Proficiency in at least one of: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Swift.
• Strong written communication and grammar skills.
