Senior Customer Support Specialist (French Support)

About the role

Rippling is looking for a Senior Customer Support Specialist who will provide French‑language assistance to its growing customer base. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding users through the platform and ensuring they get the most out of the HR, IT, and Finance tools.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, email, and video conferencing from start to resolution.
• De‑escalate complex issues by applying deep product knowledge and industry expertise.
• Become a product expert and serve as a go‑to resource for both customers and internal teams.
• Identify recurring problems and collaborate with Product and Engineering to suggest automation or feature enhancements.
• Maintain high productivity under tight deadlines and unexpected priorities.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• At least 4 years of experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably within HR, SaaS, or technology environments.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management, and process‑improvement skills.
• Adaptability to evolving responsibilities and fast‑paced work conditions.
