Senior EMEA Marketing Programs Specialist

About the role

Okta is seeking a Senior EMEA Marketing Programs Specialist to design and execute integrated, multi‑country campaigns across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The role focuses on driving new business and accelerating pipeline for the Enterprise segment while supporting an always‑on plan for SMB customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise multi‑country marketing programs targeting specific account lists.
• Blend strategic planning with hands‑on tactical execution to adapt programs for diverse EMEA markets.
• Maintain close alignment with Field Marketing, Performance Marketing and other functional stakeholders.
• Integrate paid media tactics and partner ecosystem resources to maximise reach and impact.
• Explore emerging technologies, including AI, to improve program efficiency and effectiveness.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating and executing end‑to‑end B2B technology marketing programs at scale, preferably in the EMEA region.
• Strong understanding of targeting and segmentation to focus on high‑potential accounts.
• Hands‑on familiarity with paid media approaches and their strategic use in integrated campaigns.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a track record of working closely with sales (including xDR) and cross‑functional marketing teams.
• Data‑driven mindset comfortable tracking performance and deriving insights.
