About the role

This senior employment lawyer position sits within a leading global law firm’s Dublin practice. You will join a tight‑knit, high‑calibre team handling complex, cross‑border employment matters for a sophisticated client base.

Key responsibilities

• Manage contentious disputes, large‑scale workforce change projects and multi‑jurisdictional compliance matters.
• Advise on C‑suite exits, high‑stakes investigations and cross‑border employment issues.
• Provide strategic counsel to internal legal networks and external corporate clients.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, contributing to business development initiatives.

Required profile

• 3–6 years post‑qualification experience in employment law (candidates outside this range will be considered).
• Background in a top‑tier Irish or international law firm.
• Strong contentious and advisory experience with commercial awareness.
• Ambitious, curious and ready to take on significant responsibility.
