In-House Commercial Counsel – Dublin

About the role

Join a multinational technology company as an In‑House Commercial Counsel in Dublin. You will support a fast‑moving, international business by advising on commercial contracts and technology‑driven transactions, helping to balance legal risk with commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.
• Provide legal support for technology services, strategic projects and day‑to‑day business matters.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address legal risk, compliance and contract queries.
• Assist in developing practical legal processes and standard documentation.
• Deliver clear, business‑oriented advice across multiple functions.

Required profile

• Irish‑qualified solicitor with approximately 3–7 years post‑qualification experience.
• Strong background in commercial contracts and transactional work.
• Experience gained in a leading law firm and/or an in‑house legal team.
• Commercially minded, pragmatic and confident when dealing directly with business units.
• Exposure to technology, privacy or regulatory issues is a plus.
