About the role

The Legal team of a global FinTech company is expanding in Dublin and seeks a Regulatory Lawyer. Reporting to the General Counsel for Ireland, you will work closely with international legal and compliance colleagues in a fast‑moving, technology‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide regulatory advice on existing and new financial products and services.
  • Support cross‑border business activities and ensure compliance with Irish and EU regulations.
  • Liaise with the Central Bank of Ireland and other European regulatory authorities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to interpret and implement regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and advise the business on potential impacts.

Required profile

  • Qualified lawyer qualified in Ireland, another EU jurisdiction, or a common‑law country with relevant Irish/European regulatory experience.
  • 3‑7 years of post‑qualification experience (PQE) in financial services regulation, either in‑house or at a law firm.
  • Strong understanding of Irish and EU financial regulatory frameworks.
