Senior Engineer – Housing Development (Cork)

About the role

We are partnering with a reputable housing developer to find a Senior Engineer for high‑profile projects in Cork City. The role involves overseeing site activities, ensuring quality and safety, and delivering works that meet design specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and contractors.
• Ensure quality, safety, and adherence to specifications.
• Liaise with subcontractors and site management.
• Confirm works are completed in line with drawings and specs.
• Maintain site records and produce regular reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + years experience as a Senior Engineer on housing projects.
• Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering.
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
