About the role
We are partnering with a reputable housing developer to find a Senior Engineer for high‑profile projects in Cork City. The role involves overseeing site activities, ensuring quality and safety, and delivering works that meet design specifications.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and contractors.
- Ensure quality, safety, and adherence to specifications.
- Liaise with subcontractors and site management.
- Confirm works are completed in line with drawings and specs.
- Maintain site records and produce regular reports.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 + years experience as a Senior Engineer on housing projects.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering.
- Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.

What we offer
- Salary €75k–€85k DOE plus bonus up to 10%.
- 25 days annual leave and paid paternity leave.
