Senior EPM Consultant

About the role

ProStrategy is seeking a Senior EPM Consultant to lead the design and delivery of modern Enterprise Performance Management solutions for finance and business teams. You will work closely with clients to translate planning and reporting challenges into scalable architectures, while exploring AI-driven finance transformations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead EPM projects covering budgeting, forecasting, planning, and financial reporting.
• Design, build, and optimise OLAP models and data hierarchies.
• Translate finance process requirements into scalable data models, calculations, and dashboards.
• Facilitate client workshops, present solution designs, and guide implementation, testing, training, and adoption.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior finance and business stakeholders.
• Contribute to project planning and pre‑sales activities.
• Support and mentor junior consultants.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in EPM, FP&A, or finance systems consulting.
• Strong knowledge of finance processes for planning, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Understanding of financial consolidation, eliminations, and currency translation is a plus.
• Experience with data integration, transformation, modelling, and quality assurance.
