Senior Product Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to bridge our go‑to‑market strategy with the tactics that drive sales and marketing success. You will adopt an audience‑centric approach, deeply understand our buyers, and translate market evidence into compelling positioning and messaging.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse market intelligence to become the expert on buyer personas, buying criteria, and decision processes.
• Document buyer journeys and enable sales and marketing processes based on insights.
• Monitor the competitive landscape, develop competitive strategies, and keep information up‑to‑date.
• Create and champion plans that increase market share, working cross‑functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams.
• Coordinate product launches for assigned segments.
• Develop clear, compelling messaging and positioning for target buyer personas.
• Drive sales enablement programs, thought‑leadership initiatives, and support pricing and packaging strategies with market evidence.
• Partner with sales training to develop internal tools and training materials.
