About the role
Yomali, a portfolio of fast‑growing SaaS, FinTech, eCommerce and service businesses, is seeking a hands‑on Head of Digital and Growth. This senior leader will transform relationship‑driven growth into a scalable, inbound‑driven acquisition engine across multiple portfolio companies.
Key responsibilities
- Design and launch paid acquisition engines on Google, LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube and emerging channels.
- Create landing pages, conversion funnels, lead‑qualification workflows and nurture sequences.
- Develop and execute a content and storytelling strategy, including video, case studies, webinars and social content.
- Implement the modern marketing stack, building reporting, tracking, analytics and attribution systems from scratch.
- Own CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, attribution and overall marketing ROI.
- Audit the current marketing landscape, define ICPs, positioning and GTM priorities, and produce a strategic roadmap for scalable growth.
- Hire, manage and scale a lean growth team, as well as external agencies and freelancers.
Required profile
- Proven builder of B2B growth engines from the ground up.
- Hands‑on growth operator with a strong strategic mindset.
- Track record of delivering measurable revenue impact through marketing.
- High ownership mentality and ability to execute before scaling a team.
Required skills
- Paid media campaign management (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads).
- Marketing automation and attribution platforms.
- Analytics and reporting tools for performance measurement.
- SEO and social media growth tactics.
- Content creation for video, case studies, webinars and social channels.
