Senior Project Manager – Airfield

About the role

AECOM is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead airfield projects from planning through commissioning at its Dublin office. The role acts as the Contracting Entity’s representative, ensuring safe, timely, and cost‑effective delivery while aligning with strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of airfield projects, managing schedule, cost, variations, contracts, and risks.
• Develop and maintain the Project Execution Plan in line with Contracting Entity standards.
• Coordinate with the Airport Transformation Manager and other key stakeholders.
• Lead a team of Project Managers, providing direction, oversight, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and governance requirements.

Required profile

• Strong background in civil engineering.
• Extensive experience in managing large‑scale infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
