Senior Project Manager – Terminals

About the role

AECOM is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager – Terminals to lead complex infrastructure and aviation projects in Dublin. This senior leadership position will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery for clients while supporting team development.

Key responsibilities

• Lead coordination of projects, managing interfaces throughout all lifecycle stages.
• Maintain Responsible/Accountable/Consulted/Informed (RACI) task tracker.
• Coordinate design consultants and external service providers with technical teams.
• Organise design review meetings and communicate design acceptance to contractors.
• Report monthly on tasks, construction progress, and update the project risk register.
• Identify and implement improvements to project management procedures and templates.
• Manage change control processes and performance management techniques.
• Facilitate information flow between the project team and client through regular meetings and written communications.
• Perform NEC‑specific activities, including reviewing programme submissions and issuing contract documents.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering complex infrastructure and aviation projects.
• Strong commercial and building background.
• Ability to work on‑site four days a week with one remote day.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Risk register maintenance and change control management.
