Senior Project Manager – Dublin

About the role

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large‑scale pharmaceutical and life‑science building projects from its Dublin office. You will be responsible for delivering projects on scope, schedule, cost and quality while building strong client relationships and supporting business development.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project delivery to meet scope, schedule, cost, quality and margin targets.
• Develop, adapt and execute detailed work plans aligned with client needs.
• Produce accurate reports and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards.
• Monitor team performance, prepare resource plans and coordinate with operational disciplines.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and provide regular updates to the Operations Director.
• Build long‑term client partnerships and identify repeat‑business opportunities.
• Support client presentations, develop commercial proposals and contribute to new‑business initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of project management experience in the pharmaceuticals sector.
• Experience managing projects valued between €60 M and €100 M.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Chemical or Process Engineering preferred).
• PMI certification or equivalent.
• Strong commercial acumen and proven ability to deliver projects successfully.
