Senior Project Manager

About the role

Crown, Ireland’s leading roofing, cladding and façade contractor, is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to own projects from pre‑construction through to handover. The role involves delivering high‑profile projects across Ireland, the UK and Europe on a rotation basis with significant international travel.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day delivery across multiple sites, ensuring health & safety compliance.
• Coordinate labour, materials, plant and subcontractors to meet programme requirements.
• Ensure works align with drawings, specifications and contractual obligations.
• Maintain quality through inspections, reporting and site audits.
• Monitor costs, budgets and variations, providing regular progress reports.
• Lead project teams, mentor junior staff and build strong client and subcontractor relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in project management within roofing and cladding.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing and site practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication, organisational and leadership abilities.
• Full, current driving licence and willingness to travel extensively.
• Based in Ireland, the UK or mainland Europe.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Microsoft Project (advantageous)
