Senior Project Manager

About the role

Arup’s Aviation team in Dublin is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of airport and critical infrastructure projects across Ireland and internationally. You will work closely with clients, consultants and contractors to deliver high‑quality, sustainable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the day‑to‑day delivery of aviation‑related projects, ensuring alignment with programme timelines.
• Maintain continuous communication with clients, consultants and contractors to achieve successful project outcomes.
• Manage project risks, value, change and cost throughout the lifecycle.
• Implement digital and innovation tools to improve project management processes.
• Mentor junior team members and promote a collaborative culture.

Required profile

• Degree in an engineering discipline (e.g., Architecture, Civil, Structural, Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or Project Management).
• Chartered Engineer (C.Eng MIEI) or equivalent, or actively pursuing chartered status.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Independent judgment and analytical abilities.
• Experience in project management or delivery within the aviation industry is advantageous.
