Senior Project Manager – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join a global pharmaceutical organisation at its Dublin manufacturing site. The role will focus on maintaining and advancing tablet and secondary packaging operations within a GMP‑regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of project and validation engineers to deliver site‑wide capital projects.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with GMP, safety, and quality standards.
• Drive the transition from active project execution into structured site de‑commissioning planning.
• Manage stakeholders across engineering, operations, and senior leadership while controlling budgets and timelines.

Required profile

• Strong experience delivering capital projects within pharmaceutical or GMP‑regulated environments.
• Proven leadership of multi‑discipline engineering or validation teams.
• Solid understanding of GMP, change control, and SOP compliance processes.
• Experience managing EHS, contractors, and site safety on live manufacturing projects.
