Used Car / Service Technician – Dublin North & Dublin Baldonnell

About the role

We are looking for a Service Technician to join Tesla’s Used Car Refurbishment Centres in Dublin North and Dublin Baldonnell. You will work with Tesla‑specific software and advanced tools to repair, maintain and refurbish our used‑car fleet, helping to deliver a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance on all Tesla vehicle models, using proprietary software and advanced diagnostic tools.
• Inspect vehicles thoroughly before delivery to ensure they meet Tesla’s quality standards.
• Refurbish used‑car inventory efficiently while maintaining high customer‑satisfaction levels.
• Collaborate with local and regional teams to share best practices and improve service processes.
• Participate in in‑house training to develop expertise in electric‑vehicle technology.

Required profile

• Professional experience in vehicle service and repair within automotive, aviation, marine or a related field.
• Relevant certification to perform vehicle repairs in the UK or demonstrable equivalent experience.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Full UK driver’s licence held for at least two years.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, mornings and evenings, and to travel as needed.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
