Senior Project Manager – Remote (IT Staff Augmentation)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead medium to large staff‑augmentation projects for global clients. You will coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams, ensure delivery of high‑impact technology solutions, and drive profitability while working fully remote from anywhere in Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and report project outcomes, while coaching and disciplining team members as needed.
• Maintain a reliable, communicative work environment to retain staff and identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze billable utilization, forecast capacity, and manage project profitability.
• Forecast financial results, control expenditures, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Identify upselling opportunities with existing clients and deliver value to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support strategic technology implementation plans to improve organizational efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Project Manager in the IT industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Based in Europe.
