Senior System Administrator – Microsoft 365 & Cloud Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for a Senior System Administrator to own enterprise Microsoft 365 and identity operations in a high‑impact environment. You will lead security, governance and access management across a complex hybrid infrastructure while mentoring junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Own and operate enterprise Microsoft 365 and identity services.
• Lead security, governance and access‑management initiatives across hybrid infrastructure.
• Act as senior escalation point for complex platform and infrastructure issues.
• Manage Entra ID, Active Directory, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online/on‑prem, Group Policy and hybrid identity environments.
• Drive automation, support cloud transformation projects and ensure audit readiness.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in ICT infrastructure, systems administration or IT support.
• Senior‑level technical expertise, not a help‑desk role.
• Proven ability to deliver Level 3 support and resolve complex issues.

What we offer
