About the role
Our client is seeking a Senior Technical Support Specialist to join a high‑performing global technology support function. The role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast‑paced enterprise environment, takes ownership of complex issues, and delivers customer‑focused support across modern workplace technologies.
Key responsibilities
- Provide senior‑level technical support for workplace technologies, user devices, collaboration tools, and cloud services.
- Troubleshoot advanced issues in Microsoft 365, endpoint management, identity platforms, and access permissions.
- Deliver both onsite and remote assistance to users across local and international offices.
- Support and maintain collaboration platforms, hybrid meeting technologies, and productivity tools.
- Manage incidents, requests, and problem resolution within an ITSM/ITIL framework.
- Assist with onboarding/off‑boarding, device deployment, user access management, and hardware provisioning.
- Work closely with infrastructure and cyber‑security teams to uphold secure endpoint standards.
- Coordinate escalations with third‑party vendors and maintain clear technical documentation.
- Contribute to service‑improvement initiatives, automation projects, and mentor junior team members.
Required profile
- Extensive experience in senior IT support or service‑desk roles within enterprise environments.
- Proven track record supporting Microsoft 365 suite (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Office).
- Hands‑on experience with Entra ID/Azure AD, Active Directory, Intune, and endpoint management.
- Solid understanding of Windows environments, networking fundamentals, and end‑user computing.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities and effective stakeholder communication.
