About the role
The Site Administrator will provide essential administrative support to the site management team for two active residential developments in Dungarvan and Tramore. This role ensures that project documentation, records, and site logistics are efficiently managed, contributing to the smooth delivery of high‑quality housing.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Site Manager and project team with day‑to‑day administrative tasks.
- Maintain and organise site documentation, drawings, and records.
- Control document distribution, track revisions, and manage RFIs, site instructions, and correspondence.
- Process timesheets, site reports, meeting minutes, and coordinate material deliveries.
- Support health & safety documentation and maintain site registers.
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers regarding documentation and site requirements.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a Site Administrator, Document Controller, or Construction Administrator.
- Experience on construction projects, preferably residential.
- Strong organisational and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage documentation across multiple active sites.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with document control systems.
